All bedrooms are modem and are equipped with Tea and Coffee making facilities, Television, Hairdryers, Soap and Towels, Bathrobes, Heating and Electric blankets. At the end of the day students are able to visit the local hostelries, relax in the lounge, read, watch television, or stroll in the garden, or for the more energetic a brisk stroll through the village. A library of culinary reference books is available for students to read.

The school caters for absolute beginners, enthusiastic cooks (many with the intention of pursuing a professional career) and professional chefs.

The courses are many and varied, lasting from one day to six weeks Diploma Courses. Any of the courses can be tailor made to suit the individual.

The cookery classes take place in a modem well equipped kitchen, in a relaxed and comfortable yet interesting and informative atmosphere where you will be able to improve your skills and techniques whilst increasing your repertoire of recipes.

The classes are small 4 5 students and the courses are intensive, with a high degree of individual attention given to every student.

The course fees include comprehensive recipe files, light lunch with wine and our bottomless pot of tea/coffee available at all times throughout the day.
