TWO DAY CHOCOLATE COURSE The course has been designed for those with a genuine interest in chocolate from the complete beginner to those students studying for the Diploma in Professional Cookery and NVQ level 3 Advanced Patisserie After a brief introduction to the history of chocolate, you will learn how to temper, handle and work with chocolate to produce a selection of mouth watering truffles, moulded chocolates, a chocolate box and lid to compliment and present your truffles in, and a moulded figure.

Experience a great diversity of tastes, textures and ingredients in the various dishes demonstrated, and discover how easy they are to prepare from the simplest to the st complex.
